EXHIBITING ARTISTS
Adira Thekkuveettil (b.1990) is a photographer and writer. Her work investigates how photography shapes contemporary sociopolitical consciousness, especially in an urban context. Adira also runs the Aesthetics, Criticism and Theory programme at Jnanapravaha Mumbai.
Gaurav Patekar is a new media artist. He creates media art, particularly kinetic artworks that take inspiration from movements in nature. He is deeply interested in understanding our relationship with ecology and technology and how it informs behavior. His work often mixes curiosity, playfulness, and whimsy.
Do you know of someone who just has to ask that one weird question, all the time? A question that ruins the vibe or makes someone laugh at times. Well, thats is I. I is Karan, a question fellow.
Debanshu Bhaumik is an artist. His works dominantly revolve around emerging technologies and his interests lie in thinking critically about new media and its implications on the society.
Ipsa Jain is a scientist-turned-science communicator. She makes books, zines, and images. She creates stories about science and its processes for different audiences. She is interested in public participation in science as 'doers' of science and as critics of science. As an educator, she introduces science communication skills to young scientists and scientific methods to design students.
Nandita Saha is an object designer based in Bangalore who enjoys telling stories through different mediums. She loves making things with her hands and spending time with the material to understand it well before shaping it into something meaningful.
